Black VTubers Feed Guidelines
Whitelist Requirements
- Being already apart of The Melanin Mafia’s official Discord server, the public MyOshi group, and/or Aiyoku’s Fanbase is 100% required.
- This step helps me immensely with vetting your VTuber identity to avoid impersonators as the feed owner.
- You don’t have to join ALL three communities just to be eligible for the whitelist, but Aiyoku’s Fanbase has some additional membership perks.
- Your VTuber model doesn’t have to match your IRL skin color as a Black person. However, using the #BlackVTuber tag in your posts and/or a flag tied to a country from the African diaspora being displayed on your profile is also enough proof for eligibility.
- The latter option can be easily achieved by subscribing to the labeler service, Kickflip, and sending the necessary flag(s) one-by-one via DMs.
- Toxicity, harassment, and anti-black/racist behavior in general WILL NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. If you’ve exhibited any of that nonsense on Bluesky or elsewhere, I won’t add you to the Black VTubers Whitelist.
Custom Feed Rules
- Being active on Bluesky is VERY important, but I won’t remove folks if they simply need to take a step back from social media for the sake of their mental health, go on a streaming hiatus, etc.
- Engage with other community members! The spirit of Bluesky as a social media platform lies in nurturing genuine interactions between its users.
- I will ONLY remove someone from the Black VTubers Whitelist if they are a legitimate threat to the whole community. Proof of this behavior will be required via DMs to avoid further confrontation with all respective parties.
- I’ll only be allowing up to 3 Bluesky profiles in total PER individual user. Ideally, this means that your main profile, 18+/NSFW alt, and ONE community/group that you’re in charge of running are eligible to join.

Membership
Whether you subscribe to VTuber family culture within the sphere or not, this is one of the many reasons why my answer is YES with some exceptions.
Not at all! Giving out donations & tips are always optional, but greatly appreciated if you want to financially support me as the feed creator.
Yes! I’ll always allow pre-debut VTubers into the feed regardless of their model type. Diversity among members is important to highlight after all!
Yes! I’m not opposed to including any fellow VTubers like that. Y’all deserve just as much visibility as anyone else does through being apart of the feed.
I’m 100% not an elitist, so that type of crap will NEVER be a requirement! Everyone in the feed should always be treated as equals at the end of the day.
After you’ve been added onto the whitelist, make sure to follow the Black VTubers feed & give a like as a sign of showing your appreciation for it.
Nope! I don’t ever intend to put that type of restriction on total community membership now or in the near future. The more the merrier, ya know?
Members of the Black VTubers feed will receive an exclusive role & access to a private category after successfully passing through the verification system.
The 🦋 Black VTubers category itself has specific channels for holding any feed related discussions, sharing community updates outside of Bluesky, etc.
Security
Absolutely not! Your privacy & safety matters a lot to me, therefore I’m running the entire verification process around an honor based system.
Unfortunately not, because it isn’t actually hosted at all on the same infrastructure that Rudy Fraser has officially in place for BlackSky as a whole.
You can include the keyword “nofeed” in any of your future posts to do that.

They will be put on a private blacklist that I’ve set up via BlueskyFeedCreator after completely removing their accounts from the Black VTubers feed.
Joining Methods
There are THREE main options if you’re interested in joining the feed/whitelist:
- Send Aiyoku a polite DM on Bluesky and/or Discord (@aiyokuchan).
- Respond to any custom feed outreach posts like this one from yours truly.
- Existing members can suggest YOU via #🦋-feed-reports in Aiyoku’s Fanbase.
