Staff Applications
General Information
Staff applications for Aiyoku’s Fanbase will be kept open indefinitely.
Any inquiries related to these applications are mainly handled via ModMail.
The review process takes time due to circumstances in the lives of staff members.
Minimum Requirements
- Be an active member of Aiyoku’s Fanbase in good standing.
- This means no warnings, bans, kicks, or other actions taken against you.
- Have your own accounts set up on Trello, Notion, social media, etc.
- Server moderation relies heavily upon having access to ALL these tools.
- You must be 18 or older to apply without any exceptions.
- No minors are allowed onto the staff team for safety & privacy reasons.
Application FAQ
Some of the general tasks that they’re supposed to fulfill can be found by reading the staff application form. Beyond that, it also varies depending on their primary role (Admins, Mods, and Librarians) among other reasons.
Due to a limited financial budget, it’s not always possible to offer payments to everyone for their hard work on the staff team. If doing unpaid volunteer work is not your cup of tea, then you can 100% skip applying altogether.
