My Favorite BOOTH Shops: Christmas Edition

With the holidays coming up soon like clockwork, I felt like it’d be the perfect time to showcase products from some of my favorite shops within the international BOOTH marketplace. Since this is the 1st official post of a NEW blog series, I’ll mainly focus on virtual accessories, VRoid clothing, and streaming assets that my fellow VTubers can purchase. Y’all can always use them to spread a bit of cheer throughout your content around this festive season.

Accessories

With that said, let’s dive right into this treasure trove by looking at wonderful accessories being sold on the market. First featured item that I’ll be talking about is the angelic Halo & Wings hair preset made by my alien friend, LUK4!

I’ve only used it on at least one of my own models so far, but this product worked like a charm! The wings are also SO freaking cute from every angle while you’re taking photos of them inside VRM Posing Desktop or VRoidStudio.

Although 404DOTEXE no longer releases any newer products onto their BOOTH shop, the iconic Multicolor Striped Arm Socks Pack is 100% there to keep y’all from feeling like your arms might fall off in the middle of cold weather. Arm and leg warmers used to be such a hit back in the day, right? So wearing any color from this set of arm socks might ignite some nostalgia in older folks who were around long enough to witness the birth of that fashion trend.

If you have some funds to spare for treating yourself to something new, I’d also recommend taking a gander at the Leather Quilting Shoulder Minibag from Namakon-an. It’s quite a luxurious asset available in 10 different colors and 3 sizes!

Luxury items can also be gifts to your loved ones who might need a purse to pair together with any holiday attire. Presents are usually mandatory unless they don’t appreciate surprises. Gift-giving season is often quite stressful!

Meanwhile, the incredible Kokone of ～Starry Sea～☆彡 bundled a lovely beret together with her Girly Fur Coat. It’s only available in 4 different variations of its primary texture, but the overall hat design is still very much adorable!

With the chilly temperatures blowing up a storm out there, hats like that are 100% necessary for warmth just like scarves and boots. But you CAN visit a winter wonderland inside your favorite VR platform without having one~!

Clothing

I’m starting off with the brand NEW ‘Bad Santa’ Christmas Jumper from House Hex Design! I was fortunate enough to actually model this lovely item & help fellow indie VTuber, Hex, out before its official release in late November.

Fans of dark, alternative clothing will most likely enjoy this sweater. Even when the Christmas tree gets taken down & put back into storage for next year, who doesn’t want to show off a skeleton version of Santa holding onto chains?

Next up on this year’s “Nice” list is this wonderful FREE pack made up of Fluffy Fuzzy Pastel Sweaters that’s available in 14 different colors. Cyber hippie and independent VRoid creator, KaitoSai, fully created this entire texture set.

Wearing it on your own models might make you crave a hot cup of cocoa or some sort of tea. Remember to stay cozy & warm whether you’re alone, gathered around the fireplace with your close friends and family members, etc.

If you’re hosting a virtual holiday party and/or plan to attend one, Maya Aylia’s sparkling ‘Party Outfit’ dress will be handy at the last minute! 51 colors should be enough to find at least one that’ll coordinate well with the rest of your wardrobe.

It also comes with a VERY cute matching party hat that’s currently available in the same amount of colorful variants. What more could you ever need as accessories to wear just right before the clock ends up ticking past midnight?

Before moving onto the next set of products, allow me the grace to be a little cheeky just this once. There’s some seasonal attire, like the entire Mistletoe collection, that I’ve also released over time through Nakasu Boutique.

Streaming Assets

The 1st item that I’d like to share under this specific section is the beautiful & completely FREE ‘Christmas Cabin’ background made by Dornenspieler. It’s been a part of my ever growing background collection for quite a while!

In fact, I included that exact asset within the featured image for this post because it obviously fit the theme to a T! Combining it together with one of my new personal reaction images was also like a perfect match made in heaven.

Anyways, OKUMONO released a bunch of FREE materials that anyone can use for Christmas parties, winter themed thumbnails, and their streaming activities. As someone who has brought many assets from them, you won’t be disappointed by such high quality materials, frames, and animated videos they’ve produced over the last few years.

Despite the horrors happening around the world nowadays, acting out like the next Grinch and/or Uncle Scrooge from their respective films has its time and place during the holidays after all.
